At Kodak Photo Printer Europe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your photo printer or accessories, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our European customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the product in its original packaging, including all cables, cartridges, and manuals to ensure the item is eligible for a full refund.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided return label or ship the package to our regional fulfillment center using a trackable shipping service.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned printer, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
